Next Project?

Patrick Dempsey is currently working on Dexter: Original Sin but what could be next? A Deadline article hints at his possible next role.

Earlier this week, Deadline revealed that Patrick Dempsey was in talks to star alongside Minnie Driver in the dramatic comedy The Household Guide to Dying based on the book by Debra Adelaide.

The book tells the story of acerbic household influencer Delia Bennett who decides to write ‘The Book’ on how to die well. When things don’t go according to plan, she is forced to consider that dying well is not as simple as laundry. Delia embarks on a road trip with her daughters to come to terms with her past and help her family face the future.

The news comes only a few weeks after Patrick mentioned that he was open to returning to the Scream franchise. Nothing is confirmed yet but if both projects become a reality, he will certainly be busy.
