The On The Road To Sixty Project aims at gathering fans from all around the world to celebrate the Dempseys’ 60th birthdays (January 13th and February 4th, 2026 respectively) in a creative and loving way.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT
- Creation of 1 or 2 magazine(s): divided in 2 or one for each.
- Creation of 2 videos: one for each.
- Donations to the Dempsey Center (not mandatory).
GUIDELINES FOR THE MAGAZINE(S)
- Say what Patrick and/or Jillian mean(s) to you.
- For Patrick: you can choose up to 4 of his roles (TV, cinema).
- You can talk about how they inspire you.
- If you have met either or both of them you can share your experience (and a photo if you have one).
- Get creative! It can be a painting, a drawing, photography, digital art, writing, etc. The floor is yours!
- Add “Happy Birthday Patrick/Jillian” in your language.
GUIDELINES FOR THE VIDEOS
- Express your love and appreciation for Patrick and/or Jillian and say “Happy birthday!” (in your language if you want).
- Length: 20 seconds MAXIMUM.
- Landscape format.
DEADLINES
- February 1st, 2025 midnight UK time to join.
- August 15th, 2025 midnight UK time to send your contribution.

WHAT’S MORE
- You DO NOT have to do everything. You only do what you want to do and feel comfortable with (e.g. you can choose to do only the Patrick part, the Jillian part or both). It’s totally up to you! The only thing I insist on is the “Happy birthday Patrick/Jillian!” in your language for the books.
- Please make sure that what you share is decent (e.g. you can say that Patrick is sexy but don’t go too far).

No, you don’t. Your first name and country (and state if you’re in the US) are enough.
Do I have to do everything?
No, you don’t. You only do what you are comfortable with. No pressure. Just have fun! The only thing I insist on is the “Happy birthday Patrick/Jillian!” in your language for the books.

How long should my text be?
It should be a maximum of a page/a page and a half.
Can I change my mind about what I do for the project?
Of course you can. Only do what you are comfortable with. However, I would advise that you do not do it too often to avoid confusion. I just insist on you letting me know what you decide.
Are the donations to the Dempsey Center mandatory?
No, they’re not. Only donate if you can. If you choose to donate, you can do it here.
Can I send an edit for the videos?
No, unfortunately. The videos will be a compilation of recorded messages.
